She is a partner to the firm, she holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) fromTumaini University Makumira (TUMa) and a Diploma in laws from the Instituteof Judicial Administration (IJA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practicefrom Law School of Tanzania. She attended deferent online courses offered by WIPO academy such as General Course on Intellectual Property Rights, Advanced course on Copyright and and Related Rights, Specialized Course on the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks and the Course on IP PANORAMA.
Elizabeth also attended a different seminars and trainings concerning IP, likeFosteringCreativity and Innovation for Economic Growth and Development in Africaorganized by Africa Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO),WIPO, Government of United Republic of Tanzania and Japan Patent Office(JPO).
Elizabeth is an advocate of the High court and the subordinate courts. As an advocate and with 7 Years of experience, Elizabeth is working on a day today litigations, attending registration of Intellectual Properties rights through Tanzania (BRELA), Zanzibar (BPRA) and the Africa Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO),she also has an experience in Company registration and the likes in both Tanzania and Zanzibar.
Elizabeth has also worked with other reputable organization on the same activities for quite sometimes. Elizabeth is an expert in Intellectual property and Copyright Law, employment and labor law, immigration,commercial and corporate law, litigation and alternative dispute resolution,land law, conveyancing and real estate, probate and estate administration and Tax Law.
